We can now offer high-resolution stereolithography pieces with dimensions of up to 650 x 750 x 550 mm in the field of rapid prototyping thanks to the IProTM8000 SLA®Center from 3D-Systems, and in the field of rapid tooling we have the Demag IntElect 450-3000 from Sumitomo-Demag with a clamping force of 450 t in addition to the C400 and C42U injection moulding machines from Hermle. With a maximum screw volume of 1800 ccm, these machines can also be used to produce large pieces from the original materials.

Wide range of colours
The tried-and-tested process of laser sintering has been used to produce durable prototypes since the 1990s, and is also suitable for direct manufacturing in selected applications and industries. cirp now offers a wide range of colours that can be used to dye the sintered parts in accordance with our customers' preferences.
