At three workplaces in the sector of tool manufacturing and NC programming we utilize the CAD-CAM-system of the company Cimatron. The mechanical processing takes place according to the requirements, in one of our CNC-machining centre. A Hermle C 40U and C 42U is used for the 5-axes machining and a DMC 1035V is used for the 3-axes machining. In addition to inserts for injection moulding tools we also manufacture milling parts in steel and aluminium. Due to the use of a small tool diameters eroding as a follow-up process can often be skipped completely.
We use Cimatron’s CAD/CAM system for mould design and NC programming at three workstations. C 40U, C 42U and C400 milling machines from Hermle are used for 5-axle processing, and the DMC 1035V milling machine from Deckel Maho for 3-axle processing.
